I recently stayed at Hijo Resorts in Tagum for 2 days, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, offering a wonderful private room with a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. I felt safe with the in-room safe and locking screens on the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The pool was excellent, and I had a great time on the sea jungle tour, getting up close to wild Macau Longtail monkeys. The staff was friendly and the food was top-notch. The farm tour was also educational and enjoyable.

I can just recommend this hotel.

During our recent stay at Hijo Resorts Davao, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and relaxing surroundings. The resort is nestled in a preserved forest, which added a unique and serene atmosphere to our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the casitas, which were clean and comfortable. The friendly staff were always available to assist us and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the resort was exceptional, with a variety of tasty options that satisfied our cravings. We especially loved the banana jam, which was a delightful surprise. we had a great time unwinding and enjoying the great food and ambiance of Hijo Resorts Davao.

Mind-Blowing Fireworks, Super Spacious Rooms, Excellent Pool, Jaw-Dropping Jungle Tour, Friendly and Accommodating Staff.

The rooms are very clean and air-conditioned, the staff is accommodating, and we really enjoyed the sea view; the free WiFi worked perfectly and we have no complaints as this place met all our requirements.

We really liked our stay here. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and competent. We enjoyed the nice pool area, and the fact that it wasn't too crowded. Moreover, the hotel was in a terrific location, close to many activities for both adults and kids. Transportation was no issue at all, and we were even provided with an airport transfer.

Great family, friendly resort! the food options were amazing, and the smoothies were a must, try. the location was perfect, with stunning beachfront and plenty of activities to enjoy. We loved the casitas, they were spacious and clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. the forest tour was an unforgettable experience, with close encounters with wild animals and the oldest tree. Kids had a great time at the pool, which was also perfect for parents with its kid, friendly depth. It's a perfect place for a family getaway!

The prices for some activities can be a bit high, so be sure to ask for package deals. the rooms could use more privacy, but there are other options available.

The facilities were great, especially the water trampoline and river cruise. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some disappointments during our stay. The welcome drinks were delayed and some of the advertised attractions, like the horse caretaker and water trampoline, were not available.

Nestled in a tranquil forest, this resort is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. the premium rooms, surrounded by majestic trees, offer a serene atmosphere. Organic fruity breakfast and Halal restaurant with an extensive menu are available. Enjoy shooting, axe throwing, horse riding, and fishing activities. Housekeeping and Operations Manager, Ms Lani, are courteous and helpful.

One negative review commented on poor food quality and service.
